WE were honored to have a special Watchdog Dad volunteer today in Mrs. Willis' class! Brian Walker, a college science professor & father to Landon, conducted several cool experiments today, such as "ghost bubbles", "elephant toothpaste" & "slime"...the kids LOVED it!

St. Patrick's Day
Read Across America and Dr. Seuss Day
100th Day of School
Students and teachers celebrated the 100th day of school with many activities. Some students and teachers chose to dress as 100 days older or even wearing 100 items. The classes used many 100 days activities in their literacy and math lessons. The students also brought 100 coins to use in their math activities and then donated all the coins to the MPS scholarship fund.
Construction NewsHere is a map of the newly completed parking lot at MPS! Please follow the drop off path from Bridge St, driving one way up to the front of the school. If you have a need to park and come into the office, you may park in the lot and walk up. Please do not plan to cross the line of traffic with your students during pick up or drop off times as this may be a safety issue.

Morrilton Primary School and Morrilton Junior High celebrated Teen Read Week with a collaborative activity on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Students from MJHS along with Mrs. Donna Horita, MJHS Media Specialist, came to MPS to read Halloween and/or Fall books to each classroom. Every kindergarten and 1st grade student had the opportunity to listen to the “teens” read to them. Our kindergarten and 1st grade thoroughly enjoyed the enthusiasm the MJHS students showed during the reading activity.
